As Afro Nation prepared to bring its global music festival to Detroit, the goal was to build excitement across the city and increase awareness leading into the event. The campaign focused on positioning Detroit as the home for a major cultural experience while driving audience anticipation and ticket interest.

As Creative Director and Editor, I partnered with Afro Nation to develop high energy social content using past festival footage and music driven storytelling. The approach focused on creating a new visual tone that matched the scale, energy, and cultural significance of the event coming to Detroit.
Through fast paced editing, cinematic visuals, and performance driven moments, the content was designed to make audiences feel the atmosphere before the festival even arrived.
The campaign generated more than 147K views and 13K+ engagements, showing how culturally relevant storytelling can drive excitement and large scale audience connection.
