Cancellation Policy

To confirm the agreement, the client must transfer and complete the agreed payment amount. Estimated total for services including deposit will be sent through an invoice soon after the booking date is confirmed. The deposit amount is 50% (non-refundable) of the estimate total and due immediately to confirm the agreement. The remainder amount is due exactly one week before the scheduled shooting date. In any case, the shooting date is within the week of booking then the estimate total will be expected to be paid in full immediately. All appointments inside of 48 hours from the scheduled date are final. Refunds are not provided, and payments are not transferable to future shooting dates. In the event that property, equipment, or props are damaged by the client or guests of the client during production hours, Captured Screens Productions has the right to withhold your video footage until payment for a replacement, or repair has been received. If the balance is not paid in full on time, a 10% late fee will be added to the remaining balance 48 hours after the due date. Another 10% will be added within 24 hours of the scheduled shooting date, and again, another 10% will be added 7 days after the due date until the balance is paid in full. All scheduled event shootings will be canceled if the balances are not paid in full prior to 48 hours before the booking date. All canceled reservations will receive a refund of all payments made, except the initial deposit which is non-refundable. A 15% fee will be added to the estimated total price due to any unexpected turn(s) of events provided by the client. This includes but is not limited to any extended shooting time of 15 minutes or more that is not the responsibility of the videographer. Any unexpected changes that will affect the flow of the shoot, exceeding the number of revision offers, and/or additional equipment necessary to fulfill the client’s requests outside of what was initially planned.
